Jeff RobertsParticipant
Anyone can check their active classification at any time, even when the system is closed for an event. In fact, everyone should check before every event just to be sure.

Last month we changed you to X during the event when we noticed your car was different.
Jeff RobertsParticipantHung-Jen… Any changes to the car you’re bringing to an event do not happen in Motorsportreg.com. I don’t even see that data when I’m preparing run groups for an event.
Any car changes must happen in our online classification system prior to the close of registration on Wednesday. If you bring a different car than you have classified, and it’s in a different class, you will be placed in the non-compete class for the event.
Jeff RobertsParticipantYou may want to ask on Facebook group
Jeff RobertsParticipantI fixed B Group, results updated on the link.
Jeff RobertsParticipantI think they are DNFs that were missed. I’ll fix it in the system before Brian does the final results.
March 21, 2016 at 11:24 am in reply to: 2016 Classification System Updated – EVERYONE MUST RE/CLASSIFY #8670Jeff RobertsParticipantI updated my original post with the link. It’s not a secret, really! 🙂
Jeff RobertsParticipantYes, Brock. Noon on 3/23 we will open reg for the 4/23 season opener. We need a little more time to complete the classification system updates.
I will post a new thread, tweet, and put a message on the facebook group later today when I’ve had a chance to create the MSR listing for the event.
Jeff RobertsParticipantYup… looks like someone walked thru the finish timer or something. Not to worry… at a competition event, this stuff gets corrected immediately.
Jeff RobertsParticipantJeff RobertsParticipantLook who didn’t read the confirmation e-mail that said “ALL MUST READ!!!” in the subject line.
Jeff RobertsParticipantThis just in… the FAA has verbally approved non-aviation activities at Marina Municipal for 2016. No use permits will be issued until the written approval is received by the airport manager.
Our first event for 2016 will be the 2/20 Autocross school.
Jeff RobertsParticipantJeff RobertsParticipantNice runs, Dave! Now I wish I took a whack at it. 🙂
Jeff RobertsParticipant@Abbas – the red line is the course designer’s ideal line. Normally we don’t post that, but because it’s a fun run event, this time we did.
I’ve added a clean version for those who want to draw their own. I probably won’t have any of those at the event because I already printed the first version… save a tree and all that. 🙂
@Cliff – you make some good points. There is not a lot of shelter, ok, no shelter or trees at Crows Landing. We will set up our 6 EZ-UPs so we have a place to hang out, and have lunch under cover.I’m seeing varying reports about the weather, tho rain is looking like a definite, it’s also looking like 1/4″ prediction which isn’t that much.
We’ll do our best! Rain driving is the reason we started having December events rather than taking a break until the next year. We’ve tried the last two years and were disappointed with 70+ degree days at Marina. 🙂 Come prepared!
Jeff RobertsParticipant@John… we have 91 registered, tho I expect some no shows due to the weather forecast.
Our course will be longer than that and as challenging as we’re used to.
