And may I have a moment to revel in my first ever career FTD raw time? Ahhhhh… ‘Tis lovely up here :-)
Yes, absolutely revel in your FTD!
And my crude calculations SHOULD be checked, Dave!
🙂
Good job Jeff & Charlie! And Jack!Dave DunwoodieParticipantI want a recount. 🙁
Dave DunwoodieParticipantThat was my 3rd run, and top time (39.483). Yes, I did tap my brakes going into that long right “sweeper” after the slalom, and for the first time ever, I was getting fuel starvation issues with a half a tank of gas. Coming out of the turn, applying gas, but just got blah… I guess we haven’t had that long and fast a right hander before.
I’m always glad to share tips, and open to yours as well. 🙂
Dave DunwoodieParticipantMy 3rd run, 39.483 seconds.

Dave DunwoodieParticipant
Shucks! I don’t know how to respond to compliments.
Someone please complain that it was too tight, or too complicated, or wasn’t as good as [insert club name here]’s courses. 😉

It was too fun!Dave DunwoodieParticipantMy last run. 36.327

Dave DunwoodieParticipantFast & long? What, do they get to use the runway too? 😛
Dave DunwoodieParticipantI wish I had seen Josh’s video before my runs at AAS #5. 🙁
Rich, you drive like me with lots of right foot modulation. Josh tends to not lift as much. Interesting, what a concept!
Dave DunwoodieParticipantThis is registration for the fast course? 😛
Dave DunwoodieParticipantTried out a cheap & Mark proof 😉 camera from Monoprice today. 46.392 seconds

This one is all about speed control.
Speed control = Technical.
And figuring out the correct line. Looks like a fun & challenging course! 🙂Dave DunwoodieParticipantYes, there are 10 PCA regions in Northern California, 5 in the bay area. The largest is GGR with 2000 members.
Here’s my video from today.
