Hey Brian, can you please update the season totals as well? Thanks!
Jack YuModeratorJeff, I did already, since I have a spreadsheet with the formula embedded in each row. So I just type in points and raw times:
Adjusted time for Gonzo:
Jack (47.817)
Jeff M (48.344)
Ryan (48.472)
Matt (49.041)
Jeff C (49.639)
Baron (49.758)
Lauren (50.521) (with cone not counted)
John (51.770)Also, my second best time adjusted is 48.234, so it was very close until my last run, but the result would have been the same 🙂
Brian’s adjusted time is a blistering: 46.477 !!!

Jack YuModeratorYep, use the points of the car as the exponential
Jack YuModeratorI think X since he was in a different run group and normally runs his own car.
Jack YuModeratorThanks Brian for the quick upload!
FYI, Brian Pangrle was driving a Porsche 944, so should not be in B.
Jack YuModeratorHere’s what I had for notes. I’m curious to see if other people had other ways to attack this course. The biggest gains I saw in people I coached was when they realized how to manage the 3 “thread the needle” straights. If they did NOT use the steering wheel much and had wide open throttle (WOT), they were much faster.
John, that’s where I see in your videos you could have picked up some time. There should be very little steering when you hit these three “thread the needle” areas.
Jack YuModeratorI have new sizes (S,M,L,XL,2XL,3XL) so Brad and Jeff, I have shirts for you!
Jack YuModeratorThanks guys, we all appreciate the work that YOU and so many others also put into helping us out!
Jack YuModeratorJust some corrections:
Tim Huang = Porsche Cayman, so not in B
Ryan Rich was driving Jeff Cowan’s car
My second time 48.807 is listed under Darrel Lunge
Nick Gerstner no longer has an M3, now a VW GTI, so should be in XJack YuModeratorHey Frank, just to clarify, I remember being in Kevin’s car next to you for his first run, and I also remember being at the computer for the 8th run asking “why did those two cars line up one more time” (everyone else had already parked their cars). So in the computer I saw that you and Kevin had 8 official runs (after the last car in the 7th finished), which is fine, but they don’t officially count.
Jack YuModeratorAlso:
Ryan Rich wasn’t running in Gonzo this week. He was using Jeff Roberts AA car in the 3rd run group. So it should be “N” or “AA” if he wants to have points in AA.
Tim Huang (listed in B) was driving his X-class Porsche cayman, which makes Tony and his wagon the winner!
Jack YuModeratorShirts have been ordered, hopefully I’ve ordered enough!
Jack YuModeratorThis photo is a great reminder of Candlestick:
Jack YuModeratorHi Andy, yeah, the long sleeves were more money and not sure of the same quality or sizing. These will be the same type as last year’s, American Apparel, which I think are high quality.
Jack YuModerator20 people already!
